CHICAGO—November 28, 2005—Preston D. Miller, Jr., DDS, of Memphis, Tennessee, was named to an
Dr. Miller also serves as president-elect of the American Academy of Periodontology, where he has served on the Board of Trustees.
He received his dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry and his certificate in periodontology from the University of Alabama.
