CHICAGO, December 1, 2004 – The American Academy of Periodontology Foundation board of directors re-elected
He previously was assistant chairman of the postdoctoral clinical program in periodontology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He taught both the predoctoral and postdoctoral students. In 2001, he was presented with the Clinical Faculty Teaching Award by the predoctoral Class of 2002.
Levi served on numerous committees for the American Academy of Periodontology and was on the Board of Trustees for six years. In 1998 he served on the advisory board of the AAP Foundation. He is also active in the American Dental Association, Vermont State Dental Society, Vermont Periodontal Association, Massachusetts Periodontal Society, and Champlain Valley Dental Society.
