2008 Subscription Rates (U.S. Dollars)

Great Value – Print and Online Subscription for One Price!

The Journal is published monthly, and subscriptions run from January 2008 through December 2008. In addition to printed copies of the Journal, all subscribers will receive online access to full-text Journal articles from January 1999 to the present and to Volumes 4 through 8 of the Annals of Periodontology. It is not possible to purchase an online or print subscription only.

Back issues are automatically sent for orders processed after the January issue has been mailed. Back issues for the previous year can be purchased according to availability.

To provide online Journal access, we MUST have a full name and e-mail address for each client. Reference numbers in place of names will not be accepted.

**Back issues may be purchased for one previous year according to availability. To order a back issue, please e-mail orders@perio.org, or contact Product Services by calling 312/787-5518 (Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. Central Time).

Notification of an address change must be provided by subscriber within 60 days of the issue date in order to ensure product fulfillment. If the Journal staff is not notified within the allotted time, subscribers may purchase single issues by e-mailing orders@perio.org.

Information About the Journal

The publisher of the Journal of Periodontology is the American Academy of Periodontology. The Journal is available on the Internet as well as in print.

Frequency: The Journal is published monthly. Subscriptions are accepted only for the current volume/calendar year (January through December).

Payment can be made by check or money order (drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars), Visa, or MasterCard (expiration date required). Bank transfers are not accepted.

Back issues for 2008 will automatically be sent if payment is received before December 15, 2008. Subscriptions for previous years are not accepted; however, back issues for the previous year can be purchased according to availability.

Prepayment by check, money order, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) in U.S. dollars is required. Bank transfers are not accepted.
