Subscription Rates (U.S. Dollars)

Great Value – Print and Online Subscription for One Price!

The Journal is published monthly, and subscriptions run from January through December of a calendar year. In addition to printed copies of the Journal, all subscribers will receive online access to full-text Journal articles from January 1999 to the present and to Volumes 4 through 8 of the Annals of Periodontology. It is not possible to purchase an online or print subscription only.

Back issues for the year of the subscription are automatically sent to subscribers whose orders are processed after the January issue has been mailed. Back issues from previous years can be purchased according to availability.

To provide online Journal access, we MUST have a full name and e-mail address for each client. Reference numbers in place of names will not be accepted.

**Back issues may be purchased from the previous year according to availability. Shipping and handling is included in the price. To order a back issue, please e-mail orders@perio.org, or contact Product Services by calling 312/787-5518 (Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. Central Time).

Notification of an address change must be provided by subscriber within 60 days of the issue date in order to ensure product fulfillment. If the Journal staff is not notified within the allotted time, subscribers may purchase single issues by e-mailing orders@perio.org.

Information About the Journal

The publisher of the Journal of Periodontology is the American Academy of Periodontology. The Journal is available on the Internet as well as in print.

Frequency: The Journal is published monthly. Subscriptions are accepted only for the current volume/calendar year (January through December).

Payment can be made by check or money order (drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars), Visa, or MasterCard (expiration date required). Bank transfers are not accepted.

Ordering a Subscription

Prepayment by check, money order, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) in U.S. dollars is required to order a subscription. Bank transfers are not accepted.
