“Two Specialties, One Goal” is the theme of the joint AAP and American Association of Orthodontists conference that will take place February 6-9, 2009, and feature leading orthodontists and periodontists.

AAP Annual Meeting in Boston

The AAP Annual Meeting will take place September 12-15, 2009, in Exhibit Hall A of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

Floorplan and Booth Costs

Current Exhibition Floor Plan (Updated as of September 30, 2008)

Booth space will be charged at the rates indicated below:

$27 per square foot ($2,700 for each 10' x 10' unit; 100 square feet)
$150 charge for each corner
Booth units are sized in increments of 100 square feet, with the smallest booth being a 10' x 10' unit.
A 50% deposit is due by January 30, 2009, with the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space, and the remaining balance due by May 1, 2009. Contracts received after January 30, 2009, must be accompanied by the full amount due.
Companies that have not paid their balance by May 1, 2009 will be charged an additional $100 per 100 square feet of space. Booths not paid in full by July 31, 2009, will be cancelled without notice.
