Advertising in the AAP Annual Meeting On-Site Program

Promote your products to leaders of the specialty who attend the Academy’s Annual Meeting.

Each year, an average of 5,500 AAP members and visitors including periodontists, general dentists, hygienists, academicians, and other industry professionals, attend the Academy’s Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting On-Site Program is distributed at registration to all attendees.

Closing Dates

Ad copy for review*: April 10, 2009
Insertion orders due: April 10, 2009
Materials due: May 15, 2009

* Advertisements not previously accepted for publication in Academy publications must complete a screening review process.

Rates

Interior Tabs (1 available) $5,000

Specifications

The size of the tabs are 9 x 11 (8 ˝ + ˝ tab x 11).
Prepare a 1/8 bleed on all sides.
Files in Quark and Adobe Indesign for page layout are accepted.
All accompanying fonts, illustrations and images as well as layout files for each ad are mandatory.

Digital Requirements

Please contact the Senior Meetings Manager for details. All ads must be accompanied by a color laser proof.
